WHAT IS EMULATION?

There are games released for a lot  of systems, the most popular systems are:

Dreamcast

Gameboy advance
Gamecube
N-Gage
Nitendo DS
Nitendo 64
Playstation 1
Playstation 2
Playstation 3
Sega
Super Nitendo
Nitendo Wii
XBox
XBox 360

The games released for these systems are of high quality, so everyone would like to play such games,
For a common man it is not possible to buy all these system , as they are very costly.
So most of the children doesn't get to experience the effect of such games.
The games released are of high cost so it is not possible to buy all of the games, only we can get some games.

Now I am going to explain how you can play all the game released for such systems with your pc.
the only requirements are that your pc must be of high graphics memmory ,high ram and a dual core pc.

Emulation, this is the way how you can play such games in your pc. Emulation is the process of converting the data signals of one system
to the pc with the help of a software named Emulator.All the systems doesn't have a single emulator, different programmers release different  emulators.
The most common  emulators are

PCSX(Playstation 1)

PCSX2(Playstation 2),I had already written a detailed article about it.

PCSX3(Playstation 3), this emulator has not been released yet, if you want, you can get the beta version of it.
Visualboy Advance(Gameboy advance),as this system provides with low quality games ,you can even play games in a normal pc.

Dolphin(Nitendo Wii & Nitendo 64),this emulator is very hard to use as it contains a lot of bugs.
Xeon(XBox)

No$gba,Desmume(Nitendo DS)


Eventhough these emulators are easily available, the difficult task is to get it going, It requires a lot of work to set up some of these emulators and some requires no work at all.
the emulators which can be easily set up is visualboy advance and no$gba

 The emulators which requires much work is the complex systems such as ps1, ps2,ps3,XBox,Xbox 360........

The emulators for  playstation requires a special kind of file which acts as its bios(scph 1000.bin----ps1 & scph 70012.bin----ps2) and downloading these files is illegal.
the emulators gets oftenly crash while emulating the games due to the bugs.The emulators for XBox are very difficult to get set.
The games for systems such as Gameboy and nitendo ds can be easily downloaded from websites such as 3ROMS.COM , EMUPARADISE.COM,DOPEROMS.COM......
These games can be easily played through their respective emulators.
But the games for ps1 & ps2 mainly crash during their run . So be careful while running the games of complex systems.
